Requirement recording / Initial interview / Second opinion

What problems, difficulties, pain points or wishes do you have? In an initial meeting, we analyze the depth of impact together and identify initial ideas for a proposed solution. We are also happy to provide a second opinion on an existing project or concept and strengthen your competencies by evaluating from a different perspective.

02

IT Architect and Services

By planning or designing your IT infrastructure, we take care of issues such as procurement and delivery, installation, setup and even network cabling - coordinated with your IT or independently. In addition to commissioning, we also support you in optimizing an existing IT infrastructure, testing with monitoring or assistance (support) even in the aftermath, regularly or only on call.

03

Consulting Services

With over 15 years of experience, we not only help you from an IT perspective (network, workstations, hardware, software), but also offer customized training to keep your employees up to date with existing or new computer systems or programs. As a DMS and ECM specialist, we are happy to optimize your processes or are available for special challenges.

04

Software Architect and Developer

If you need your own developments, we offer the possibility to create individualized software, e.g. in .NET C#. We have a good understanding of SharePoint and dox42 and are also available as an interface to other systems if there is no suitable solution on the market for your requirements.

How we work

There are different approaches and entry points depending on your conversation needs. This is a sample roadmap from A-Z of topics.

Initial interview

In a free initial consultation (about 1 hour), we determine what problems, difficulties, pain points or desires you have.

Determine the depth of impact

Impact per issue to identify priorities or interrelationships (often the root cause is somewhere else than thought), looking at issues without regard even across the board.

Analysis suggestion

Reveal common understanding, possibly address basics or ideas where to look for or propose the solution as well as preparing next steps such as deeper analysis, troubleshooting or conceptualization for change.

Initial proposals for solutions

Proposed solution or best practice per topic.

Next steps

Set up further roadmap, create next steps, tasks, tickets, involve further persons or departments and create a suitable offer. It is quite conceivable that more time is already invested in this first meeting - perhaps because the cause or the problem can be solved more quickly.

Summary by e-mail

All the important details of the meeting are sent in summary form in an email - this serves as a reminder about any tasks, but also as a basis for further discussions. Depending on the course of the meeting, you will also receive an offer or basic information about services.

Requirements specification

The software used no longer meets all requirements or there is no digitization in house yet. Simple solution options taking into account the own pain points and thinking outside the box should be able to clearly and simply compile the requirement.

Planning and conception

Structured approach to implementing a new software is best planned through experience with people and consideration of existing ways of working. A clear vision should help all participants to better implement a project.

Implementation

Technical implementation of a new software or change of an existing one should take place comprehensibly and in harmony with the own IT.

Training

New programs or changes as well as new employees should be given a clear picture of how to use the program through training. The training should address the employees and also provide materials for reference.

Follow-up Support / Monitoring

Every adaptation in an IT landscape should be monitored and can be continued in case of errors or adaptation requests.

Service for special topics such as migration or customizations

Often there are limits to standard programs, but their requirements cannot be covered. The interaction of several components is taken into account.

Programming

Besides the possibility of customizations, completely own programs are helpful - up to a user application. These in-house created programs take into account standards such as version management, change log, quality controls, delivery, documentation, source code backup and aftercare.
